Scope of Work

Grading and removal of stone where the old cardinal stadium stood. Laying base and surface asphalt to turn the area into a large parking lot and stage area.

Unique Challenges

The uniqueness of this project extended to its very inception. With no pre-existing plans to guide us, the responsibility of designing the grading plan fell squarely on our shoulders. In response, we crafted a meticulous plan that not only achieved our goals but also enabled efficient water drainage across the expansive area, all with minimal drainage structures.
