Louisville Paving performed site construction for the nearly $30mm VA Hospital project for Walsh Turner JV. The earthwork scope consisted of 26,000 CY of stripping topsoil, 100,000 CY of on site earthwork including spoils, and approximately 180,000 tons of stone import to bring the site to grade. Blasting was performed for multiple utilities and underground tanks and pump stations. LP was responsible for over 35,000 linear feet of underground utilities (storm, sewer, water, fire, gas) including 4 underground storm detention systems, 2 storm pump stations and a sanitary pump station.

The new VAMC hospital campus is being designed to keep patient-centered care and whole-health concepts in mind in order to provide a comfortable, safe, and healing environment for our Veterans and LP is proud to be such an integral part of this.
