Louisville Paving and Construction performed the mass earthwork, underground utilities, curbs and paving for the Lynn Family Stadium which houses Louisville City FC. Existing conditions and the time of year we began in order to meet the aggressive schedule for the home opener of the new team posed a challenge that our team welcomed with open arms. One unique aspect of the project that nobody sees is how the underground storm system we installed has emergency gates on it to essentially shut off the pipes to keep the river from backing up into the stadium if there is ever a high flood on the Ohio River.
