Louisville Paving and Construction's scope for this $3.2 million project meant navigating nearly 100,000 cubic yards of earthwork, with roughly 60,000 cubic yards of that as mass rock excavation. Additional phases we led included paving, curbs, grading, storm sewers, domestic and fire water service, sanitary, sewer service, retaining walls, and underground duct banks for site/gas/lighting/irrigation and communication. For site access, we constructed roadway improvements to Bush Farm Road consisting of a turning land into and out of the complex.
